In this appointment we will consult and go over recommended skincare, injections, lasers, collagen stimulating injections such as Sculptra or Radiesse, microneedling, and neurotoxin for the next year and plan out your appointments. this is for new and existing patients who desire a re-evaluation and plan. We discuss both in office options and treatments that can be carried out at home to protect your investment!

Sculptra and Radiesse - Collagen and elastin stimulators
If you've met us, you know this is one of our favorites! Sculptra is Poly-L Lactic Acid (PLLA) that is injected under the skin to stimulate the production of collagen and alastin. Sculptra is entirely different than a dermal filler as it slowly grows collagen over time, thickening the dermis and offering a natural volumization and glow over time. It typically takes 2-3 sessions the first year to achieve optimal results, then typically a once a year toucher upper. Those results can last 2-5 years! An added benefit to this treatment is that your skin will begin to glow. Suitable for patients looking to naturally age, this product will never result in an over-filled look. Plan accordingly for swelling and bruising. Every face is different, however we commonly recommend 1 vial of Sculptra per decade of life spread over 2-3 sessions. For example, a 44 year old will likely need 4 vials total. Two on the first session and two on the second. One can always break this down into more sessions to break up cost or for other reasons.

Hyaluronic acid gels and dermal fillers
Hyaluronic acid gels and dermal fillers are commonly used in the cheeks, lips, chin, jawline, temples, forehead, smile lines, hands, and preauricular/submalar area. The most natural rejuvenation is when we strategically replace volume where volume has been lost, what we call an 8 point lift. Can also be used for rejuvenation of the hands or neck. Planning for this treatment is important, as bruising and swelling are common for 3-5 days (we offer complimentary laser treatments for bruising!). No need to book an additional dysport/jeuveau/botox/daxxify appointment. We can do both during this visit while you are numbing.

Dysport/Botox/Jeuveau/Daxxify/Xeomin
Botox, Jeuveau, Xeomin, Dysport, Daxxify are neuromodulators used to treat and prevent fine lines/wrinkles and refresh and open up the eyes. Most common areas are "11s" between the eyes, forehead, crows feet, bunny lines, gummy smile, chin dimpling, nasal flaring, help turn up the tip of the nose, lip flip, neck bands. The most natural and best results come when combining these areas as the muscles work together. Can also be used to help TMJ/clenching pain, neck/trap tension, sweating underarms or palms of hands. Typically no downtime, risk of bruise.

This is the newest addition by Allergan (the Botox company) that increases hydration in the skin to improve skin smoothness and provide a lasting glow for up to 6 months with optimal treatment. In clinical studies, patients treated with SKINVIVE™ reported higher satisfaction with how glowing, hydrated, refreshed, and healthy their skin looked. Can add onto any other appointment including microneedling, chemical peels, and injections.

PDGF (platelet-derived growth factors) under-eye enhancement
Pure PDGF+ harnesses the power of nature’s most prolific protein for skin rejuvenation, PDGF. The benefits of platelet-derived growth factor have been extensively studied by researchers and used for over 15 years and is an extremely important catalyst for healing. PRP/PRF gives you 4-5- fold concentration of PDGF, pure PDGF gives you up to 300,000x.

Pure PDGF+ helps produce the appearance of vibrant, healthy skin, and the incredible results are easy to see. You will experience improvement in the appearance of healthier, more vibrant skin and restored under eyes. Typically recommend 1-2 treatments per year. Sessions rec at least 8 weeks apart as the maximum improvement is seen around 8 weeks (although you do get instant gratification as well).

PRF, EZ Gel, PRP
Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) is a simple blood draw, then a specialized spin cycle to isolate your own PRF to help regenerate your under eyes, mouth/lip area, or full face. For 10-12 days this results in the constant release of Growth factors and interleukins which accelerate tissue healing and regenerating processes. A lovely undereye option to help with brightness, tightness, discoloration, and volume loss. Very personalized treatments usually requires a total of 2-3 treatments the first year spaced 6 weeks apart. Personalized plan including PlasmaBrow, cheeks, under eyes, temples, peri oral area, lips, jawline, chin, "smokers line." Results 12-18 months, with a recommended 6-12 month toucher upper. Mentally/financially prepare and book a second treatment for 6 weeks. This is ALL NATURAL, nothing artificial added.

Kybella/lipodissolve
Kybella and lipodissolve are injections that permanently destroy fat cells. Most commonly used for submental (under chin) fat, bra fat, back fat, inner thighs, small pockets on abdomen. Plan accordingly, there is redness, tenderness, bruising, and swelling associated with injections that are most prominent the first week, however full results are 4-6 weeks out. We like to mentally prepare patients for a series of 2-3 treatments.
